Refund Policy

RETURN WINDOW

You can return any item within 14 days of the day you (or a person you designate) receive it, without giving a reason. For an order delivered in several parcels, the 14 days start when you receive the last one.

HOW TO RETURN

1. Email contact@rewear.com within the 14 days with your order number and the items you want to return. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to.
2. We reply with confirmation and return instructions.
3. Send the items back within 14 days of emailing us, to:

RETURN SHIPPING

You arrange the return shipment and pay its cost. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage, as we can only refund items that reach us.

CONDITION

Every item is secondhand and sold in the condition described on its product page. You may try an item on as you would in a shop to check its size and fit. If an item comes back worn, washed, altered or damaged beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

REFUNDS

What we refund depends on your delivery country:

• EU, EEA and UK: the price of the returned items. If you return your entire order, we also refund the standard shipping cost you paid.
• All other countries: the price of the returned items only. Shipping costs, import duties, taxes and clearance fees are not refunded.

We refund within 14 days of receiving your return email. We may hold the refund until we have received the items or you have shown proof of sending them, whichever comes first. Refunds go to your original payment method, at no extra cost to you.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the mandatory law of your country.

FAULTY OR WRONG ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, differs from its description or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of receipt with your order number and photos. Your statutory rights apply.
