Shipping Policy

WHERE WE SHIP

All orders ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands. You can deliver to any country offered in the delivery country picker on the product page and at checkout.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is calculated for your delivery country and the weight of your order. The exact amount is shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay.

DELIVERY TIMES

We hand your order to the carrier within 1–2 business days of payment. Your estimated delivery date is shown on the product page and at checkout, and depends on your delivery country. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Once your order has shipped, you receive an email with a tracking link.

DUTIES AND TAXES

What you pay depends on your delivery country. The product page and checkout always show which case applies to you:

  • No import fees — deliveries within the European Union. Prices include VAT and there are no customs charges.
  • Duties & taxes included — deliveries to countries where we clear customs for you. Import duties, taxes and clearance are included in the price at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
  • Import VAT & handling due on delivery — deliveries to countries where we cannot yet clear customs for you. The price at checkout covers shipping only; the carrier collects import VAT and a handling fee from you on delivery.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you receive your parcel. If your parcel has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, email contact@rewear.com with your order number and we will sort it out with the carrier.

RETURNS

You can return items within 14 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for how it works.
